Job Title: Collection Telecaller / Debt Recovery Agent (DRA)

Job Description:

We are looking for experienced Collection Telecallers (DRA) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers regarding overdue payments, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining professional communication.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Contact customers through outbound calls regarding overdue payments.
• Follow up regularly to achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
• Negotiate payment commitments and resolve customer queries.
• Update call records and payment status accurately in the system.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and collection guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams for account resolution when required.
• Maintain professionalism and good customer relationships during every interaction.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 6 months of experience as a Collection Telecaller or Debt Recovery Agent (DRA).
• Experience in banking, NBFC, fintech, or collection process is preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
• Ability to work under targets and handle pressure.
• Positive attitude, convincing skills, and strong follow-up ability.
