Position: Client Relationship Manager

Job Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Communicate with clients through calls, messages, and meetings.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service.
Handle client queries professionally and resolve issues.
Maintain client records and provide regular updates.
Support the company in achieving customer satisfaction and business growth.
We should also go for meetings for taking the project from the clients and should understand the concept of the project also.
