Client Relationship Executive

Position: CRM Executive (Client Relationship Management & Coordination)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Experience Required: 2–5 Years

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

* Follow up with existing and prospective clients

* Coordinate with design, production, procurement, accounts, and site teams

* Track project execution and ensure timely completion

* Prepare quotations and support proposal submissions

* Handle client communication and project updates

* Follow up on invoices, outstanding payments, and collections

* Maintain CRM records and generate reports

* Support business development and identify upselling opportunities

Requirements:

* 2–5 years of experience in CRM, Client Servicing, Sales Coordination, Business Development, or Account Management

* Strong communication and relationship management skills

* Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, Email Communication, and CRM software

* Ability to coordinate multiple teams and projects

* Organized, responsible, and target-oriented

* Two-wheeler preferred for local travel
