Client Relationship Executive

SUMMARY

The Client Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with existing clients, understanding their hiring requirements, coordinating with recruitment teams, and ensuring timely delivery of staffing services. The role requires excellent communication, client handling, and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Understand Client Hirings
• Conduct regular follow up with clients
• Ensure high level of client satisfaction and service quality
• Resolve client concerns and escalate when required
• Identify opportunities for new requirements
• Meet in person to build strong relationships with clients

Required Skills

• Excellent Verbal and written communication
• Strong client relationship skills
• Good Understanding of staffing and recruiting process.
• Ability to meet, manage multiple clients
• Strong coordination and follow up skills
• Interest in travelling to different cities to meet clients
