Civil Engineer

About the RoleCivilRaw is looking for a responsible and site-oriented Civil Engineer to manage and monitor residential construction projects on behalf of homeowners.

The engineer will be responsible for ensuring that construction is carried out as per drawings, quality standards and planned schedule, while maintaining proper site documentation and transparent quantity verification.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and monitor day-to-day residential construction activities.
• Conduct QA/QC inspections at critical stages of construction.
• Verify RCC reinforcement, shuttering and concrete works before execution.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved architectural and structural drawings.
• Check construction materials, workmanship, dimensions, levels and alignment.
• Identify defects/deviations and ensure proper rectification.
• Monitor planned vs actual progress and report potential delays.
• Take site measurements and verify contractor work quantities before payment recommendations.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, homeowners and the CivilRaw project team.
• Maintain site photos, inspection checklists, measurements and daily progress reports.
