Position OverviewWe are looking for energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Campus Outreach Executives to expand Kernel Masters' presence across engineering colleges in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

The primary responsibility is to visit engineering colleges, meet HODs, Placement Officers, Principals, and Training & Placement Departments, and introduce Kernel Masters' training programs, workshops, career development initiatives, and industry-oriented courses.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit engineering colleges across assigned districts.
• Meet ECE, EEE, EIE, and CSE HODs, Placement Officers, and Principals.
• Present Kernel Masters training programs and career development initiatives.
• Promote workshops, seminars, guest lectures, FDPs, and campus programs.
• Request permission to display brochures, posters, and promotional materials on college notice boards.
• Generate workshop opportunities and establish long-term relationships with colleges.
• Collect and maintain faculty and placement department contacts.
• Submit daily and weekly visit reports.
• Coordinate workshop scheduling and follow-up activities.
• Represent Kernel Masters professionally during all college interactions.

• Skills RequiredExcellent communication skills in Telugu
• Good English communication skills
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in meeting senior faculty members and management
• Ability to travel extensively
• Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
• Basic understanding of Embedded Systems, IoT, AI, Robotics, or Electronics is an advantage
• Travel RequirementExtensive travel across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana
• Willingness to visit multiple colleges daily
• Candidate should be comfortable with field work
