Job Description
Responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling billing and payments, serving food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant/service area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve customers professionally.
- Take orders and serve food and beverages.
- Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
- Prepare bills and maintain basic transaction records.
- Clean and maintain tables, utensils, and service areas.
- Support kitchen and restaurant operations as required.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and company standards.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Previous hospitality/restaurant experience preferred.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Basic billing/POS knowledge is an advantage.
- Honest, hardworking, and team-oriented.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
