Job Description

A Restaurant Cashier is responsible for handling customer payments accurately and providing excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include:

• Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Processing cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
• Generating bills and issuing receipts.
• Maintaining the cash register and balancing cash at the end of the shift.
• Assisting customers with inquiries and resolving payment-related issues.
• Coordinating with kitchen and service staff to ensure accurate order billing.
• Keeping the cashier counter clean and organized.
• Following company policies and maintaining confidentiality of financial transactions.
