Position: Cashier – Associate, Play Area

Location: L3 – 15, Lake Shore Y Junction Mall, IDA Kukatpally, Hyderabad, Telangana

Work Mode: On-site

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Cashier – Associate to manage billing and cash counter operations at the play area while ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle cash counter and billing operations.

Process cash, card and digital payments accurately.

Issue tickets, receipts and other customer-related transactions.

Maintain accurate daily cash and transaction records.

Assist customers with play area entry, packages and payment-related queries.

Coordinate with the play area and operations team for smooth customer flow.

Handle cash responsibly and ensure proper cash reconciliation.

Maintain cleanliness and organization around the billing counter.

Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.

Provide courteous and professional customer service.

Requirements:

Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.

Basic knowledge of cash handling and billing.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Basic computer/POS knowledge.

Comfortable working in a mall/play-area environment.

Candidates with cashier, billing, retail, hospitality or customer service experience can be considered.
