Job Title: Mechanic – Roadside Assistance (Car & Bike)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience & skill) + incentives/fuel allowance

Experience: Minimum 1 year in mechanical/automobile field (car and/or bike)

About the Role:

We are hiring Mechanics for our Roadside Assistance team to handle car and bike breakdowns. You will travel to the customer's location, inspect the vehicle, identify the fault, and either fix it on the spot or arrange for towing.

Responsibilities:

• Reach breakdown location within assigned response time
• Inspect the vehicle (car or bike) and identify the issue — engine, battery, brakes, tyre, electrical, fuel, etc.
• Perform quick on-spot fixes where possible (jump start, tyre change, minor repairs, puncture handling)
• Decide if the vehicle needs towing/pickup and coordinate with the towing team
• Explain the issue and next steps clearly to the customer
• Carry and maintain assigned toolkit and equipment
• Update job status and details on the app/system after each case
• Follow safety protocols while working on roadside/highway locations
• Work flexibly across both car and bike breakdown cases as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in car and/or bike mechanical work
• ITI certificate in Automobile/Mechanic trade preferred
• Good knowledge of engines, batteries, and electrical faults (car and/or bike)
• Ability to diagnose issues quickly with limited tools
• Valid driving license (two-wheeler mandatory; four-wheeler preferred)
• Comfortable traveling across the city, including night shifts if required
• Smartphone usage for job updates via app
