Cafe Staff

Daily operations, which are preparing and serving food & beverage, payment processing and excellent customer service. Should be flexible to work mornings/late evenings, weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service: Greet customers, help and clarify menu queries

2. Oder preparation

3. Cash Handling: take orders, process cash and digital payments, balance the cash drawer

4. Hygiene & Sanitation: adhere to food safety (cleaning machines, wash dishes, sanitize countertops and seating area)

5. Inventory & Stocking: Recieve deliveries, restock front-of-house supplies(like cups, napkins etc) and assist with inventory counts
