Job Description

Ametecs India Private Limited is looking for a responsible, mature, and disciplined Business Manager to manage day-to-day business coordination, team communication, client follow-ups, reporting, and operational support.

The candidate will work closely with management and internal teams to ensure smooth business operations, proper follow-ups, disciplined reporting, and continuous business growth across our products and services, including SmartDCM, SmartPRS, VoIP Solutions, and Envinity.AI.

This role requires a person with strong ownership, honesty, leadership quality, and the ability to coordinate between teams, clients, and management professionally


  • Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with sales, operations, support, collections, and internal teams.
  • Follow up on new leads and ensure proper business communication.
  • Support client handling, renewals, payment follow-ups, and service coordination.
  • Monitor collections, pending payments, and daily follow-up activities.
  • Coordinate internal work between departments and ensure task completion.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports for management.
  • Ensure discipline, smooth communication, and proper follow-up culture within the team.
  • Support business growth activities across all company products and services.
  • Maintain professional communication with clients, employees, and management.
  • Assist management in improving business processes, team performance, and operational discipline.
  • Required SkillsMBA qualification preferred / required.
  • Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu preferred.
  • Strong team coordination and people management skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and daily operational responsibilities.
  • Experience in sales coordination, operations, CRM, collections, telecalling operations, or team handling preferred.
  • Good follow-up, documentation, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work closely with management and execute instructions responsibly.
