Job Description
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers for rooftop solar installations.
Develop partnerships with residential communities, apartment associations, industries, schools, hospitals, and commercial establishments.
Conduct site visits, customer meetings, and sales presentations.
Explain solar system benefits, ROI, electricity bill savings, and government subsidy programs.
Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
Build and manage a high-performing sales team.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with technical and installation teams for smooth project execution.
Maintain CRM and sales pipeline reports.
Participate in exhibitions, business events, and promotional campaigns.
