PayFX Fintech Solutions Private Ltd, a corporate group of Centrum and Unity Bank, is a next-generation fintech company specializing in international remittances. We provide seamless solutions for outward remittances, university fee and accommodation payments, international education loans, GIC and blocked account openings, multi-currency travel cards, flight and hotel bookings, and travel insurance.

Job Summary:

Pay FX is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead and expand our business operations across the region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing key partnerships, ensuring operational excellence, and leading a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Growth & Sales Leadership:

•             Identify and onboard new clients, merchants, and partners to expand Pay FX’s market share.

•             Drive adoption of Pay FX’s payment solutions among businesses in Hyderabad

•             Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine strategies.


2. Key Account & Relationship Management:

•             Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, Channel Partners. banks, fintech partners, and distributors.

•             Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service delivery.

•             Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure smooth business operations.

3. Operational Excellence & Compliance:

•             Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and risk management protocols.

•             Oversee regional logistics, distribution, and support functions for seamless operations.

•             Analyze sales data, generate reports, and provide insights to senior management.

•             Skills:

o             Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in Bangalore / Hyderabad

o             Strong leadership, Team Management and stakeholder management skills.

o             Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
