Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and converting prospects into clients. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities through calls, referrals, and online platforms.
- Contact prospective customers and explain company products/services.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and share sales reports with management.
- RequirementsBachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools is an advantage.
