• Job ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities and acquire clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Understand client manpower requirements and offer suitable staffing solutions.
• Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely closures.
• Achieve monthly business development targets.
• Negotiate contracts and maintain long-term client partnerships.
• Identify market opportunities and expand the company's client base.
• EligibilityGender: Male
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in Business Development within the Manpower, Logistics, or E-commerce industry.
• Age: Up to 40 years.
• Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred.
• SalaryUp to ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
• Office Timings10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
