Job Summary

·        We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. The role involves developing both Project Sales and Dealer/Channel Sales for our building materials portfolio, building strong customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

·        Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.

·        Travel extensively across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh to generate new business opportunities and strengthen existing relationships.

·        Handle Project Sales by engaging with architects, builders, contractors, developers, interior designers, consultants, and institutional clients.

·        Manage Dealer & Distributor Sales by appointing new dealers, expanding the distribution network, and maintaining healthy business relationships.

·        Identify new markets, key accounts, and growth opportunities.

·        Conduct regular dealer visits, market surveys, and competitor analysis.

·        Negotiate commercial terms and close sales while maintaining company profitability.

·        Coordinate with production, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.

·        Monitor sales performance, collections, and outstanding payments.

·        Prepare periodic sales reports, market intelligence reports, and sales forecasts.

·        Represent the company at exhibitions, trade events, and customer meetings.



Desired Candidate Profile

·        Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

·        5–10 years of experience in Building Materials, Plywood, Doors, Laminates, Hardware, Tiles, Paints, Cement, Steel, Roofing, PVC/WPC, UPVC, or related industries.

·        Proven experience in both Project Sales and Dealer/Channel Sales.

·        Strong network with architects, builders, contractors, dealers, distributors, and developers in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

·        Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

·        Self-driven with strong business development and territory management abilities.

·        Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software is preferred.
