Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to generate leads and drive student admissions for our tuition center. The candidate will be responsible for field sales activities, relationship building, and converting leads into admissions.
Responsibilities:• Generate leads for student admissions through field activities and networking
• Promote tuition programs and educational services to parents and students
• Conduct meetings with parents, schools, and local communities
• Convert inquiries into successful admissions
• Build relationships with schools, institutions, and local partners
• Achieve monthly admission targets
• Follow up with prospective students and parents
• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions
