Hiring: Junior Business Development Manager

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Junior Business Development Manager to support our senior management team in driving sales growth, customer acquisition, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Senior Manager in daily sales operations and business development activities
• Coordinate with the head office for communication, updates, and operational support
• Generate innovative ideas and strategies for customer acquisition and retention
• Manage customer follow-ups through WhatsApp, Instagram, calls, and other digital communication channels
• Build strong customer relationships and improve customer engagement
• Support digital marketing activities, promotions, and campaign execution
• Maintain customer databases, reports, and data entry operations
• Track leads, conversions, and sales performance
• Handle customer queries professionally and ensure excellent service experience

Skills Required:

• Good English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills
• Well-versed with Instagram, WhatsApp, social media platforms, and digital communication
• Basic knowledge of sales and digital marketing
• Good computer skills and data management ability
• Creative mindset with new ideas for business growth
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
