Business Development Manager

We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. This is a sales-focused role where you will be responsible for identifying potential property owners.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads through outbound calls, referrals, broker networks, online portals, and other sourcing channels.
• Connect with property owners to understand their rental requirements and present Propico's property management solutions.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with homeowners, both virtually and in person.
• Build trust and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing property owners.
• Handle negotiations and successfully close property onboarding opportunities.
• Consistently follow up with prospects to improve conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and conversions using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Achieve monthly acquisition and revenue targets.
