Job Description
Role Overview: Looking for a dynamic BDE to drive real estate sales (Gated Community Apartments in Hyderabad) and close high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property presentations and site visits
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Build strong client relationships and generate referrals
- Maintain sales pipeline and accurate forecasting
Requirements:
- 2–5 years in real estate sales/business development
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
