Job Summary
Dr. Rajender's Lifestyle Clinic is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager – Field Marketing to drive brand awareness, patient acquisition, and business growth through on-ground marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing field marketing campaigns, building strategic partnerships, organizing health awareness programs, and generating qualified leads for the clinic's services.
Key Responsibilities
Field Marketing & Lead Generation
- Plan and execute field marketing activities to generate leads and increase patient enrollments.
- Conduct health camps, awareness programs, corporate wellness initiatives, and community outreach activities.
- Identify and develop new marketing opportunities within residential communities, corporates, educational institutions, and local organizations.
- Coordinate promotional activities, roadshows, kiosks, and events to enhance brand visibility.
Business Development & Partnerships
- Establish and maintain relationships with corporate organizations, hospitals, gyms, fitness centers, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.
- Develop referral networks and strategic partnerships to drive patient acquisition.
- Negotiate and manage collaborations with external partners and vendors.
Campaign Management
- Design and implement local marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies to improve ROI.
- Track lead conversion metrics and prepare periodic performance reports.
Team Management
- Recruit, train, and supervise field marketing executives and promoters.
- Set performance targets and monitor team productivity.
- Conduct regular reviews and provide coaching to improve performance.
Brand Promotion
- Ensure consistent brand representation across all field marketing activities.
- Gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback.
- Recommend strategies to improve market penetration and customer engagement.
Reporting & Analysis
- Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and lead generation efforts.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Analyze campaign results and suggest improvements for future initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in field marketing, healthcare marketing, business development, or related roles.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in lead generation and partnership development.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field activities and events.

- Monthly lead generation targets.
- Patient enrollment conversions.
- Number of corporate tie-ups and partnerships established.
