Job Description

A Business Development Executive (BDE) in a superstore such as Nykaa Superstore or similar retail formats is primarily responsible for driving B2B sales, acquiring new retail or corporate clients, and expanding the brand's distribution network.


Client Acquisition: Identifying and onboarding local merchants, beauty salons, or small businesses as partners.

Lead Generation & Market Visits: Conducting on-the-ground market visits within your designated region to pitch the superstore's product catalog and wholesale offerings.

Sales & Targets: Generating revenue by convincing clients to place bulk orders and ensuring monthly sales quotas are met.

Relationship Management: Nurturing relationships with existing clients to reduce churn, provide product sampling, and gather feedback.
