Job Summary


Go Rural India Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our market presence, generate new business opportunities, and build long-term relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, conducting meetings, promoting company services, and achieving business growth targets.


Key Responsibilities


- Identify and generate new business opportunities across assigned territories.

- Conduct field visits and client meetings with corporate organizations, educational institutions, government departments, retailers, and channel partners.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

- Present company products, services, and business solutions effectively.

- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations.

- Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.

- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for successful project execution.

- Maintain daily visit reports, sales pipeline, and CRM records.

- Monitor competitor activities and identify emerging market opportunities.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.


Required Qualifications


- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant discipline.

- 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Client Relationship Management.

- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.


Required Skills


- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.


Preferred Experience


- Experience in rural marketing, education, FMCG, CSR projects, government liaison, or field sales is an added advantage.
