The Business Development Executive will be responsible for building long-term professional relationships with architects, interior designers, real estate agents, and allied ecosystem partners to generate consistent inspection leads and expand the reach of Handover Expert across cities.

• Key Responsibilities
• Architect & Interior Designer PartnershipsIdentify and connect with architects, interior designers, and design studios,realestate agents across the city
• Build trust-based, long-term relationships
• Position Handover Expert as a value-adding partner, not a competitor
• Generate referral leads for home inspection and handover services
• Maintain regular engagement through meetings, calls, and follow-ups
• Real Estate & Channel PartnershipsEstablish connections with

Real estate agents & channel partners

• Property consultants
• NRI real estate pages, groups, and platforms
• Collaborate with these channels to generate:
• Buyer leads
• Pre-handover inspection enquiries
• Explore new growth avenues and partnerships proactively
• 📈 Business Growth & Market ExpansionIdentify untapped opportunities for business growth
• Represent the brand professionally in meetings, events, and networking forums
• Share market insights and partner feedback with the core team
• Support city-level and cross-city expansion initiatives

• Partner details
• Meetings and follow-ups
• Lead sources and conversions
• Ensure structured follow-ups and relationship continuity
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth lead execution

• Understanding of real estate, construction, or allied services (preferred)

• Basic understanding of residential construction and handover process
