Job Description
- Build the partner network. Identify and sign builder CRM / handover desks, home-inspection firms and brokers in towers that are handing over in the next few months. Pitch our pay-on-close partner offer and get a clear yes or no from every partner you approach.
- Run handover-desk presence. Set up and staff our presence at possession and handover events (including the gruhapravesam season), and make sure every introduction is captured with the homeowner’s consent.
- Own both referral arms. Run the partner referral scheme (realtors, CRMs, inspectors) and the homeowner/neighbour referral scheme — onboarding, follow-ups, tracking and timely payouts.
- Keep the pipeline honest. Log every partner, meeting and introduction in our lead sheet / CRM the same day. Report weekly on introductions by partner, and drop partners who don’t produce.
- Hand off well. Pass qualified homeowners to our team for the quote audit and designer matching, and follow through until the homeowner is looked after.
- Bring back what you hear. Share objections, competitor offers and pricing you encounter so we can sharpen the offer.
- Join the Monday metrics stand-up and the monthly review sessions.
