Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our in-office sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, counseling prospective students/customers, converting inquiries into admissions/sales, and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills to achieve monthly business targets.

  • Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads and convert them into admissions/sales.
  • Counsel prospective students/customers regarding courses, products, and services.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM.
  • Achieve individual and team monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions in CRM/ERP.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth admission/sales processes.
  • Resolve customer queries professionally and provide timely support.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with students/customers.
  • Participate in promotional campaigns, webinars, and events as required.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
  • Stay updated on product offerings, competitors, and market trends.
  • Required Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
  • Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM/ERP).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.
  • Qualification:Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Freshers or candidates with 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, Counseling, or Customer Support are welcome.
