Job Description

TSKTAX is hiring a US Tax Client Coordinator to handle US tax clients, collect required documents, and provide basic guidance on US tax filing.


Responsibilities:


Communicate with clients via email, calls, and WhatsApp


Collect tax documents such as W-2, 1099, bank statements, ID, and prior-year returns


Review documents and follow up for missing information


Guide clients on US tax requirements, deadlines, and next steps


Maintain client records and update document trackers


Coordinate with the tax preparation team


Handle client queries professionally and confidentially
