Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for vehicles, accessories, insurance, and finance.

èDrive local marketing activities, corporate sales, and customer acquisition programs.

èMonitor market trends, competition, and pricing strategies Ensure adherence to OEM service standards and processes.

èEnsure healthy order booking, billing, and delivery processes.

èOversee service operations to ensure quality, turnaround time (TAT), and customer satisfaction.

èEnsure smooth day-to-day branch operations. Monitor documentation, RTO registrations, insurance, and vehicle deliveries.

èEnsure compliance with company policies, OEM guidelines, and statutory requirements.

èMaintain audit readiness (OEM, internal, statutory) Continuous Monitor branch P&L, expenses, and profitability.

èControl overhead costs and improve operational efficiency.

èManage vehicle, spare parts, and accessories inventory.
