Role: Branch Sales ManagerLocation: Multiple LocationsJob SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Branch Sales Manager for Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) business. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, sourcing business through various channels, managing customer relationships, and achieving branch business targets.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate Home Loan & LAP business through open market sourcing
  • Develop and manage relationships with DSAs, connectors, builders, and channel partners
  • Acquire new customers and maintain existing client relationships
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Manage complete loan process from login to disbursement
  • Conduct field visits and market mapping activities
  • Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth processing
  • Ensure proper documentation and KYC compliance
  • Monitor team performance and provide sales support
  • Maintain daily MIS and sales reports
