Role OverviewPosition: Branch Internship Gold Loan Executive

Duration: 6 Months (Stipend-based)

Location: Nearest branch to your home (within a 5km to 10km radius)

Career Growth: Successfully complete the 6-month internship to get promoted to Junior Relationship Executive (JRE).

 Salary & CompensationDuring Internship: Stipend based

Post-Internship Promotion (Full-Time): ₹2.50 LPA to ₹2.92 LPA (Up to ₹3.00 LPA including performance variables and branch bonuses)

 Who Can Apply? (Eligibility)Education: Graduate Freshers (Any degree)

Batch: Passed out between 2023 and 2026

Skills: Strong communication in your local/regional language and a friendly, customer-first attitude.

 Key ResponsibilitiesBranch Gold Operations: Assist with day-to-day Gold Loan operations and administrative data entry and Backend Followups.

Customer Service: Handle customer queries and maintain good client relationships.

Sales & Marketing: Support the team in finding new clients, retaining existing ones, and running local promotional activities through inhouse Calls
