BPO Telecaller

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Telecaller with experience in customer support, recruiting, or staffing to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the voice of our company, driving lead generation and sales for our internet/computer business.

Beyond standard calling, we are looking for a proactive individual who can bring fresh, creative strategies to the table to improve our outreach and conversion rates. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu is required.

• Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation & Sales: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, pitch our internet/computer-based services, and convert leads into active sales.
• Strategy Implementation: Brainstorm and execute new tele-sales strategies to boost conversion rates and optimize outreach campaigns.
• Customer Engagement: Handle inbound inquiries, address customer pain points, and provide exceptional support to build lasting relationships.
• Data Management: Accurately maintain and update the customer database, tracking call outcomes and follow-ups.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine target audience lists and scripts.
