About the RoleWe are looking for energetic and target-driven Personal Loan Sales Executives to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, promoting personal loan products, and achieving monthly sales targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through field visits, telecalling, referrals, and other sales activities.
- Identify potential customers and explain personal loan products.
- Assist customers throughout the loan application process.
- Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan disbursement.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- EligibilityGraduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 0–3 years in Personal Loans, Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, or Direct Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
- Skills RequiredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
