BPO Telecaller

Credit Card Telecaller / Sales Executive –

Call potential customers and promote credit card products.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers.
• Explain credit card features and benefits.
• Check customer eligibility.
• Collect required documents/details.
• Generate leads and applications.
• Follow up with interested customers.
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain customer records in CRM.

Calling Process (Shortcut):

1. Greeting & Introduction.
2. Confirm customer identity.
3. Briefly explain the credit card offer.
4. Check interest and eligibility.
5. Collect details/documents.
6. Submit application.
7. Follow up until approval.
8. Close the call politely.

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Sales and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle customer objections.

Qualification:

• 10+2 or Graduate.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
