Job Title: Billing & Back Office Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Billing & Back Office Executive to support our day-to-day operations and ensure smooth coordination between sales, accounts, warehouse, and customers.
- Key ResponsibilitiesBilling & InvoicingGenerate customer invoices using Zoho Books.
- Prepare tax invoices, e-way bills, and delivery challans as required.
- Verify pricing, discounts, GST, and order details before billing.
- Process sales returns, credit notes, and debit notes.
- Ensure timely and error-free billing.
- Back Office OperationsCoordinate with the warehouse for dispatch and order processing.
- Prepare quotations and sales orders.
- Update customer and vendor master records.
- Maintain digital and physical records of invoices and documents.
- Track pending orders and follow up with internal teams.
- Accounts SupportRecord customer receipts and payment entries.
- Reconcile customer ledgers.
- Assist in maintaining outstanding reports.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for GST and audit-related documentation.
- Inventory CoordinationUpdate stock movement records.
- Assist with stock reconciliations.
- Coordinate with the warehouse regarding inventory discrepancies.
- Generate inventory-related reports.
- Required SkillsGraduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in billing, accounts, or back-office operations.
- Working knowledge of Zoho Books (preferred).
- Good knowledge of GST billing.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu (preferred).
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
