Job Title: Billing & Back Office Executive

Location: Shaikpet, Hyderabad

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Billing & Back Office Executive to support our day-to-day operations and ensure smooth coordination between sales, accounts, warehouse, and customers.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesBilling & InvoicingGenerate customer invoices using Zoho Books.
  • Prepare tax invoices, e-way bills, and delivery challans as required.
  • Verify pricing, discounts, GST, and order details before billing.
  • Process sales returns, credit notes, and debit notes.
  • Ensure timely and error-free billing.
  • Back Office OperationsCoordinate with the warehouse for dispatch and order processing.
  • Prepare quotations and sales orders.
  • Update customer and vendor master records.
  • Maintain digital and physical records of invoices and documents.
  • Track pending orders and follow up with internal teams.
  • Accounts SupportRecord customer receipts and payment entries.
  • Reconcile customer ledgers.
  • Assist in maintaining outstanding reports.
  • Coordinate with the accounts team for GST and audit-related documentation.
  • Inventory CoordinationUpdate stock movement records.
  • Assist with stock reconciliations.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse regarding inventory discrepancies.
  • Generate inventory-related reports.
  • Required SkillsGraduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in billing, accounts, or back-office operations.
  • Working knowledge of Zoho Books (preferred).
  • Good knowledge of GST billing.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
  • Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu (preferred).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
