Key Responsibilities
Generate life insurance sales through assigned bank branches.
Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Achieve assigned sales targets and business goals.
Coordinate with branch teams for lead generation and sales activities.
Maintain regular sales reports and update daily/weekly performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.
Eligibility
SDM – Sales Development Manager
More than 6 months of overall experience in Sales or BFSI.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
CAM – Customer Acquisition Manager
Minimum 1 year of Sales experience.
Minimum 6 months of BFSI experience.
BAM – Branch/Business Acquisition Manager
Minimum 4 years of Sales experience.
Minimum 2 years of BFSI experience.
Required Skills

Target-oriented approach
Basic knowledge of Banking/Insurance products
Ability to coordinate with bank branches and customers.
