Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Support Executive to handle day-to-day office operations, data management, and customer support coordination.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and update company records, service jobs, and customer data in Excel / systemHandle service centre documentation, warranty claims, and authorization certificatesCoordinate with technicians, front office, and company backend teamPrepare daily / weekly / monthly reports (service status, spare parts)Manage emails, invoices, and filing workAssist in customer feedback follow-up and complaint handlingData entry and back office support for operations.
Key Responsibilities:
