Working Hours:

9:30 AM to 7:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, vehicle reception, and service consultations

• Create and manage job cards accurately

• Understand customer complaints and coordinate with technicians

• Explain repairs, estimates, and maintenance requirements to customers

• Follow up for approvals and vehicle delivery

• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the repair process

• Coordinate with spare parts suppliers and workshop staff

• Maintain service records and update customers regularly

• Handle premium and luxury car customers professionally

• Take ownership and accountability for assigned vehicles and customers

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Automobile Repairs & Maintenance

• Good understanding of Automotive Spare Parts

• Knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and repair processes

• Experience handling customer complaints and service follow-ups

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and take responsibility

• Basic computer and WhatsApp communication skills

Preferred Experience

Experience in:

Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Volkswagen, Skoda, Jaguar, Land Rover, Volvo, Jeep, Toyota, Hyundai, Kia and other premium vehicle brands.
