Automation Engineer
Job Title: Performance & Automation Test Lead
Experience: 8–10 Years
Job Description:
• Design and develop
automation frameworks
using CodeceptJS and Selenium
• Perform
performance testing and automation testing
for web and mobile applications
• Develop and execute
performance test scripts
independently
• Perform
mobile automation testing
using Appium
• Work with performance testing tools such as
JMeter, Grafana, or similar tools
• Implement and support
GenAI/AI-assisted testing solutions
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure quality deliverables
• Lead testing activities, handle task management, and provide status reporting
• Work in Agile/Scrum environments and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills:
• Strong hands-on experience in
Performance Testing and Automation Testing
• Expertise in
CodeceptJS, Selenium, and Appium
• Experience with
JMeter, Grafana, or similar performance tools
• Mandatory experience in
GenAI/AI-assisted testing
• Good understanding of
Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and lead teams effectively
