Associate – Research, Content & Operations

About the role

We are looking for a curious, organised and proactive associate to work directly with the founder. You will support industry-focused AI courses, Dhiti.ai’s human capability assessment platform, research, content preparation and day-to-day business coordination.

This role suits someone who enjoys learning, writing, using AI tools and following tasks through to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Research industry trends, competitors, customer needs, and potential course and product opportunities.
• Collect information from credible sources and prepare clear research summaries.
• Use AI tools to prepare and improve first drafts of social media posts, course material, presentations, brochures and business communications.
• Support course production through document formatting, slide preparation, file organisation and progress tracking.
• Coordinate Dhiti.ai pilot activities, including participant communication, onboarding support, reminders and feedback collection.
• Assist with college outreach, local marketing visits, product demonstrations and event coordination.
• Maintain contact lists, meeting schedules, task trackers and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with designers, marketing partners and other collaborators to keep assigned work moving.

Qualifications and skills

• Any graduate; business, marketing, communications, science and technology backgrounds are welcome.
• Good written and spoken English; Telugu is an advantage.
• Familiarity with ChatGPT, Gemini or similar AI tools, with a willingness to check facts and improve generated content.
• Basic working knowledge of Canva, PowerPoint, Word and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
• Willingness to learn unfamiliar topics and participate in local meetings and visits when required.

Relevant internships, college projects, writing samples or experience organising events will be valued. Previous work experience is not mandatory.
