Assistant Teacher

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the lead teacher in planning and conducting classroom activities.
• Support students with academic learning and classroom participation.
• Prepare teaching materials, worksheets, and educational aids.
• Maintain classroom discipline and ensure student safety.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the lead teacher.
• Help evaluate assignments, classwork, and examinations.
• Supervise students during breaks, school events, and field trips.
• Maintain attendance records and classroom documentation.
• Communicate professionally with parents regarding student progress when required.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
