Assistant Manager

Role & Responsibilities

Manage Fixed Assets accounting, capitalization, depreciation, and asset reconciliation.

Handle Capital Work in Progress (CWIP) accounting and ensure timely capitalization of assets.

Process and monitor Accounts Payable transactions, vendor invoices, and payments.

Ensure compliance with TDS regulations and statutory requirements.

Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve payment-related queries.

Maintain accurate accounting records in SAP and prepare MIS reports.

Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors for audit requirements.

Ensure adherence to company accounting policies and financial controls.

Coordinate with vendors regarding payments, invoices, and account statements.

Preferred Candidate Profile.

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) qualification.

5 to 10 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.

Hands-on experience in SAP (Mandatory).

Strong knowledge of Fixed Assets Accounting and CWIP.

Experience in Accounts Payable, TDS, and Vendor Management.

Good understanding of accounting standards and statutory compliance.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
