Assistant Manager


ServiceNow Business Analyst to serve as a key liaison between stakeholders and the ServiceNow development team. The Candidate will gather, analyze and document business requirements, ensuring the successful design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.  This role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, GRC) and the ability to translate business needs into actionable technical specifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals, pain points, and requirements.
  • Analyze current processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement using the ServiceNow platform
  • Develop detailed documentation, including use cases, user stories, process flows and functional specifications.
  • Participate in solution design sessions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between business units and the technical team.
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather feedback and align on priorities.

 


Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow modules including ITSM, HRSD, GRC, ITOM and custom applications

  • Basic understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and workflows.

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.

  • Knowledge of ITIL
