Role Overview Assistant Manager responsible for leading Power BI delivery, combining hands-on development with technical leadership to deliver scalable, high-quality BI solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports
•
Build data models using DAX & Power Query
•
Lead end-to-end BI solutioning and delivery quality
•
Translate business requirements into insightful analytics
•
Ensure data quality, performance, and optimization
•
Manage Power BI governance, access, and deployments
•
Collaborate with stakeholders and drive data-driven decisions
•
Mentor team members and enforce best practices
Skills & Experience
•
4–7 years in BI / Data Analytics
•
Strong in Power BI, SQL, data modelling
•
Experience in technical leadership / workstream ownership
•
Exposure to Azure data stack preferred
