Job Description
Job Title: Area Sales Manager (ASM) - DSA Channel (Home Loans)
Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad/Mumbai/Pune/Gurgaon
Reports To: Regional Sales Manager
Job Overview:
The Area Sales Manager (ASM) for the DSA (Direct Sales Agent) Channel will be responsible for driving home loan sales through a network of direct sales agents. This role involves recruiting, training, and managing DSA partners, generating business leads, ensuring smooth loan processing, and achieving sales targets. The ASM will work closely with both the internal sales team and external DSA partners to grow the business and meet organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Sales Target Achievement:
oAchieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual home loan sales targets by effectively managing the DSA channel.
oEnsure that DSAs meet their targets by providing them with necessary support and resources.
2.DSA Recruitment & Onboarding:
oRecruit and onboard new DSA partners to expand the sales network.
oConduct training sessions to onboard and continuously educate DSA agents about home loan products, processes, and compliance standards.
3.DSA Relationship Management:
oBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with DSA agents to encourage consistent business.
oRegularly engage with DSAs to understand their challenges, provide solutions, and ensure smooth processing of home loan applications.
4.Lead Generation & Conversion:
oCollaborate with DSAs to generate leads and drive conversions of prospects into home loan customers.
oMonitor the DSA agents' lead generation efforts, ensure quality control, and help close high-value deals.
5.Market Analysis & Strategy:
oAnalyze the performance of DSAs in the region and provide guidance to improve sales outcomes.
oImplement strategies to boost market penetration for home loans and identify opportunities for growth.
6.Sales Performance Monitoring:
oMonitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance of DSA agents.
oProvide regular performance feedback and set action plans to address performance gaps.
7.Compliance & Risk Management:
oEnsure that all home loan applications processed by DSAs are compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
oIdentify and mitigate risks related to DSA activities, loan documentation, and customer interactions.
8.Collaboration with Internal Teams:
oWork closely with internal teams (Credit, Operations) to ensure smooth processing of loan applications from DSA leads.
9.Reporting & Documentation:
oProvide regular updates to the senior management on DSA performance, sales achievements, challenges, and market trends.
oEnsure accurate reporting of all sales activities and pipeline data.
