Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth, manage retail operations, and strengthen dealer/distributor networks in the assigned territory for the footwear business. The candidate should have strong market knowledge, team handling skills, and experience in achieving sales targets within the footwear or retail industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
  • Manage and develop distributor, dealer, and retail partner networks.
  • Monitor store performance and ensure achievement of business goals.
  • Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities.
  • Ensure proper stock availability and inventory management across stores and distributors.
  • Train, motivate, and guide store teams and sales staff to improve productivity.
  • Implement company sales strategies, promotions, and marketing activities effectively.
  • Analyze sales reports, market trends, and customer feedback to improve business performance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and franchise partners.
  • Ensure visual merchandising and brand standards are maintained across stores.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as operations, supply chain, HR, and finance for smooth business execution.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and market reports for management review.
