Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and handle franchisees within the assigned territory
- Supervise Sales & operational staffs at franchise level
- Guide franchise partners to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees and channel partners
- Plan and implement strategies for business growth and market expansion
- Understand the company sales process and ensure the sales team follows and deliver the same
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to management
- Support franchisees in marketing and customer engagement activities
