Job Description
New Business Generation: Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business opportunities for AIdeas Tech Solutions.
Field Sales & Client Visits: Independently visit businesses, meet decision-makers, understand their requirements, and present suitable IT solutions.
Lead Generation: Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and other business development channels.
IT Services Sales: Promote and sell services including Digital Marketing, Website Development, Mobile App Development, Software Development, AI Solutions, CRM/ERP, and other IT services.
Lead Conversion & Closure: Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact and requirement gathering to proposal, negotiation, follow-up, and final deal closure.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling.
Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue targets assigned by the management.
Sales Reporting & Market Development: Maintain accurate sales and pipeline reports, monitor market trends and competitors, and provide regular updates to management on business development activities.
