Summary:
As an Application Designer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to understand and clarify business needs. You will engage in defining detailed requirements and crafting application designs that align with organizational goals. This role requires thoughtful analysis and creative problem-solving to ensure that the applications developed effectively support business processes. Throughout the day, you will participate in discussions to refine application features and contribute to the overall design strategy, ensuring seamless integration and functionality within the business environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Document application design specifications and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
- Continuously evaluate application performance and suggest improvements.
- Assist in testing and validating application features to ensure quality and usability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle CPQ Cloud (Big Machines).
- Experience with configuring and customizing Oracle CPQ Cloud solutions to meet specific business needs.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective application designs.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow within enterprise applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in application development.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle CPQ Cloud (Big Machines).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
