Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Advocate to join our legal team. The candidate will be responsible for handling legal matters, drafting documents, representing clients, and providing legal advice.

• Key Responsibilities:Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings
• Draft legal documents such as petitions, affidavits, agreements, and notices
• Handle cases related to civil, criminal, and/or corporate matters
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies
• Attend court hearings (DRT, District Court, High Court, etc.)
• Interact with clients and provide legal guidance
• Maintain case files and documentation

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of legal procedures and laws
• Excellent drafting and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple cases efficiently
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Client-handling and negotiation skills
• Qualifications:LLB / LLM from a recognized university
• Enrollment with Bar Council is mandatory

Preferred Skills :

• Experience in DRT matters
• Exposure to civil, criminal, or family law
• Good command of English and local language
